All vehicle purchases are subject to a final purchase agreement signed by both parties. No binding agreement exists until a signed purchase agreement is executed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Deposits placed on vehicles are refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellation terms will be specified in your purchase agreement. All transactions are processed in USD and subject to Alabama state sales tax where applicable.

Financing is provided through third-party lenders. Approval is subject to credit qualification and lender terms. Brian Scott Motors does not guarantee financing approval. Any pre-approval estimates provided are preliminary and non-binding.

By submitting a financing application, you authorize us to share your information with our lending partners for the purpose of obtaining credit approval.

Trade-in and vehicle purchase offers are subject to final inspection. Any offer provided online or via phone is an estimate only and may be adjusted based on in-person inspection.

Shipping services are arranged through third-party enclosed carriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Brian Scott Motors is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Vehicle condition upon delivery is documented. Any damage claims must be noted on the carrier's bill of lading at time of delivery. All shipments include comprehensive cargo insurance coverage.

Our concierge and detailing services are performed by trained professionals. Service pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and selected package. Appointments are subject to availability.
