The Jeep Grand Cherokee was introduced in 1992, as the successor to the Cherokee. It was the first Jeep to emerge after Chrysler took over this iconic American off-road manufacturer, and has sold exceptionally well. Exterior and Interior
Wearing a Diamond Black Crystal paint coat, this 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT looks suitably menacing, thanks to elements such as its 20-inch Black Satin alloy wheels, blacked-out front grille and badging, SRT-branded red brake calipers and of course its two giant tailpipes prominently visible beneath the rear bumper. Make no mistake, this isn’t a regular fourth-generation Grand Cherokee. At the rear, a Class IV receiver hitch is present, so towing with this vehicle is a cinch. The interior of this 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT features Laguna leather seats, leather-wrapped lower panels and the Signature Leather-Wrapped Interior Package. It’s a pleasant place to spend time in, as you’ve got features such as heated and ventilated seats, a heated steering wheel, automatic climate control with air conditioning, smartphone integration, a 19-speaker high-performance audio system with 825-watt amplifier, a multifunction steering wheel and the expected powered conveniences. Engine
This 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT comes with a 6.4-liter naturally aspirated V8 from the hallowed HEMI engine family. This unit is rated at 470hp and 470lb-ft, and pushes this to all four wheels via an ZF 8-speed automatic gearbox. Paddle shifters allow the driver to manually choose gears when desired. Meanwhile, high-performance brakes are also present, as required when you’ve got well over 400 galloping American horses to corral.
